Is the fall putting you in a frenzy? As the warm months slowly leave, are you feeling the chill looming, or the list of errands growing? If so, join other Yogis for a chance to center yourself. Enjoy raw and organic wine and chocolates to follow the 1 hour 15 min. mindful practice and meditation.
With the season of holiday haste upon you, there is no better time to take a breath, and reconnect with your body and mind and remain in the moment.
Sunday, October 16th from 4-6:15pm
The practice will start with yoga from 4-5:15pm (regularly scheduled class) and then move upstairs to Blu for an hour. Bring your friends to share the experience or come on your own! (If you are a member, this class is included in your membership and the $30 is for wine, chocolate and the server.)
Throughout the yoga practice, Sarah Sturges and Kristin Stiles will be co-teaching and assisting a thoughtfully designed heart-opening sequence, ending with a SATYA practice. Tias Little of Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, New Mexico has harnessed the mindbody integration of somatics with the idea of SATYA, purity that is the truth, into a grounding supine practice that is subtle and deep.
